I love Shake Shack, It's not my favorite burger chain, but it always feel like a little bonus treat when I go. I get the classic bacon cheeseburger and it's always so delicious. The crinkle cut fries are so crispy and salty and soft all at once, and the burgers have great meaty flavor. My BF tried the BBQ seasoned crinkle cut fries this time, which we'd probably not order again (just a bit too strong), and just opt for the regular fries. I love this location above others because it feels particularly spacious and the patio is a nice option when it's not searingly hot out. Service is pretty quick and we got our food within 10 minutes of ordering. Solid location!

Their new BBQ Carolina burger with fried pickles is so good, the smokiness of the bacon and savory bite of the crispy breaded pickles make for a delicious combo, combined with the pepper jack cheese which adds more Smokey flavors and a special bbq sauce which adds some sweet tang. Service was pretty fast as usual with great quality. Loved the ambiance of the room.

Tried to order on my app with a promo code given to me by corporate Shake Shack. It charged my CC anyway. The manager at this store is very into customer service and making sure his staff serves his customers well. Much better than some of the other SS locations. Food is well prepared and served quickly. I've ordered the Shack burgers, chicken bites, crinkle cut fries, shakes & lemonades. All great choices! The service has always been professional (in store, pickup orders) and the ambiance is good as well. A better alternative to the regular fast food makes out there.

*****UPDATE***** I've contacted UberEats regarding the missing dog snacks and UberEats examined my order of Bag O' Bones. I'm glad that UberEats was able to resolve the issue. I hope that in the near future orders won't have missing items again... Always enjoy dinning in at Shake Shack because of their friendly service and wide variety of options on their menu. Tonight was my first time ordering takeout which included: -2 Korean BBQ Burger Double * Add Avocado * Add Bacon -1Avocado Bacon Burger Double -2 Fries -2Cheese Fries Add Extra Side of Cheese Sauce -1 Bag O' Bones A doggie bag of 5 ShackBurger dog biscuits made by NYC's Bocce's Bakery Everything was delicious and employees were very welcoming however the bag of Bag O' Bones had only 3bones in its packaging when it's supposed to include 5bones. However I still recommend Shake Shack to everyone, just need to triple check all orders from now on.

This place was pretty good, but also maybe a little overhyped. My sister and I were out shopping on a Saturday afternoon and decided we needed lunch, but something quicker than a sit down and better than typical fast food. We settled on Shake Shack at the Summerlin mall, and boy, was it busy! There was a line to order, but mainly because people were waiting to use the kiosks instead of going to the 2 people available to take orders. Because we were fine ordering directly with the cashier, we were able to jump the line. My sister got the shack burger with their lemonade, and I got the chicken shack with cheese fries and a strawberry shake. My sisters burger looked really good, and she said it was pretty tasty. I thought the chicken shack was perfect! The chicken was fried so nicely, and the herb mayo was such a nice touch. My shake was delicious, tasted like a real ice cream shake, and the cheese fries were a bit of a letdown. While the fries were decent, the cheese was almost bland. The service we received was top-notch, everyone was very friendly! They even bring your food out to your table. The main reason I give it 4 stars is partly because of the bland cheese, but also because of the seating. There were a lot of people in there, and we got very lucky that someone had just left for us to be able to sit down. What we noticed while eating was that some of the booths and tables were being used by people who slipped in and were just sitting and chilling with no food or with drinks and stuff from other places. If we hadn't found the table we did, we would have had to sit outside during winter to eat our food or take it back to our car. It was pretty busy, and the seating is so far to the side of where the employees are. I'm sure it's hard for them to notice when people are just coming and using their tables.
